How to use the Remote Desktop Control Software

Download the IN2SCOPE Remote Control software from the link in the right margin. A dialogbox will pop up asking you to Run or Save the software. If you need this tool on regular basis it is better to save a copy on your desktop and run it from there. If you need it just occasionally you can press the Run button.

When you press the Run button it might take a couple of seconds for the software to download and you reviece a simular security warning screen as shown below. Press the Run button again to start the software.

When the software starts an application will appear with the IN2SCOPE logo.

At the buttom you will find 2 numbers: one nine digit ID and a 4 digit Password. Communicate these numbers to the IN2SCOPE support engineer. Only then you share your desktop with him.

When the remote control session starts the IN2SCOPE support engineer can see your desktop and help you with solving your problem. The remote control software sits in the lower right corner of your screen.

When you press the lid a small window will appear with options for the remote control software. You can stop the desktop sharing session by pressing the x.

Every time you start the IN2SCOPE remote control software a new password will be generated so no one can have access to your desktop without your approval.
